We met on July 6, 1986, but I believe this photo from July 1987 is the first photo taken of the happy couple...

I'd like you to meet Walt. Rob made Walt out of paper maché and left him on my front doorstep in February 1988. Luckily, Walt had a nametag that identified himself so I knew he had come to visit me.
This is my BYU apartment at The Glenwood, taken in early 1989. When my roommates and I were at church, Rob broke in through a window screen and hung candies attached to yarn from the ceiling. When I got home, I couldn't figure out how it could have happened, since we were sure that we had locked our apartment door...

Those are really great pictures! After seeing Walt, it is now clear why you were attracted to Rob. Meagan said "they still go out to dances? Why don't you and Dad do that?"
Oh my goodness, so cute! Laurel you don't look any different than you did on your wedding day. I can't say the same for Rob:) It is clear that you did in fact know what you were getting into when you married your silly husband. What a good example you two are of a successful marriage!
